Apologies for not posting sooner but it has been a busy old time here at Amelia's what with Halloween just gone and Bonfire Night coming .. had I mentioned the 5th is my birthday .. ho hum. The orders from the National Wedding Show are now starting to roll in and it looks like 2011/2012 will be quite healthy .. still room for more bookings though and I am also contacting some local farmers markets so look out for Amelia's. Just had a very exciting email from The Deputy Editor at Perfect Wedding Magazine requesting some images of my cakes which I have obviously sent off lickety split! EXCITING!!! Well .. I'm off to have a bash at candied apple and cinnamon cupcakes with a toffee buttercream perfect for Friday evening .. have a good one. xx
