Just making a batch of chocolate/peanut butter cupcakes on my favourite old mixer ... Kenwood dates back to the 1960's and it's way better than any new model. It used to belong to my Auntie Eileen but I managed to guilt her into donating it in return for a few goodies from Marks and Spencers! It makes the best lightest buttercream you have ever known and believe me it will make short work of this milk chocolate icing...I clean it and talk to it and love it ... it can never be replaced .. ta again Auntie Ei!!! ok .. so National Wedding Show all over and we are rested and raring to go! The show was terrific with lots of fabulous feedback and some bridal magazines who are interested in my images for furture layouts. This is fantatsic news for our business. We have a photo shoot this Sunday to take shots of the cakes from the show and also some great new ideas we have so ..watch this space they will be uploaded very soon xxxx |
