Terms and Conditions Nut Allergy As we use nut products in our kitchens, all of our products may contain nut traces Payment and Deposits For events a 50% non refundable deposit is required on order confirmation, and must be cleared before any work is carried out. The final balance is payable six weeks before completion. For orders with less than six weeks' notice, the full payment is required on confirmation and is non refundable. Payment may be made by cash or cheque or paypal (we will send you a paypal invoice). For all boxed orders full payment is needed at the time of ordering and a minimum 14 days notice is required Alterations Where possible, we will accommodate any changes to an order, at our discretion, and charge for any additonal costs incurred, which will be notified beforehand. Where possible, we ask that changes are made no less than six weeks prior to completion. Any changes to an order must be confirmed in writing or by email. Cancellations Should an order be cancelled more than six weeks before completion, the holding/confirmation deposit is non-refundable, and any work already undertaken in accordance with your order is chargeable in addition. For orders cancelled within six weeks of the completion date, the full balance is payable. Delivery Delivery and set up is recommended for weddings and events and is chargeable at 85p per mile round trip. We are based right in the City Centre of Birmingham in the Jewellery Quarter Birmingham B1. Should you wish to collect your order, the full responsibility for the safety of the order is with the client, and Amelia's Cupcake Company will not be liable for any damages thereafter. For boxed deliveries please contact us for a delivery quote. Cake Stand Hire We offer perspex cake stands and bespoke stands to match your colour scheme, which may be purchased or hired. They cost £10 to hire plus a £50 deposit which is refundable on return, provided it is not damaged in any way.
